Managing Director
A risk advisory professional with over fifteen years' experience in corporate investigations and due diligence. David is a licensed Certified Fraud Examiner and MPhil graduate of the University of Cambridge, his portfolio spans procurement fraud investigations, enhanced due diligence for S&P 500 corporations, an FCA Section 166 skilled person review, and risk analysis projects across regulated industries including financial services, energy, healthcare and real estate. He began his career in the Royal Navy before moving into strategic advisory in London, where he led Southeast Asia operations for a specialist investigations firm. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Senior Compliance Consultant
Kaung is a regulatory compliance specialist with over fifteen years' experience, including extensive senior leadership roles at a leading multinational pharmaceutical company in Myanmar. He holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, UK and an MBBS from the University of Medicine 1, Myanmar. At Bellemont his work has spanned regulatory risk assessment and compliance advisory, including a failure to prevent fraud review under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 for a UK-headquartered corporation. Native Burmese speaker, fluent in English.

A senior national security and geopolitical specialist with over twenty years' experience across the US Foreign Service, international development and private sector advisory. Anthony served as a Foreign Service Officer with the US Department of State from 2016 to 2025, with multiple tours in Myanmar — including postings in Yangon — and Afghanistan, focusing on security, counter-terrorism and regional geopolitical developments. He was previously a registered consultant with the Asian Development Bank and holds an MBA from the University of San Diego.
At Bellemont, Anthony provides specialist advisory on Myanmar political and security risk, Southeast Asia geopolitical developments, and stakeholder engagement across government and institutional networks in the region. Fluent in English and French, with professional working proficiency in Spanish.
